Im trying to remember the name to a cartoon i used watch that was underwater themed and was possibly a 1980′s or 1990′s cartoon. i dont believe its a hanna barbara cartoon and its not the snorks or squiddly diddly. the theme song kinda goes like “ooohh-EE-oh”???????
