Every time he would get a dog bisciut he woulld hug himself, go “um umm ummmm” then float up in the air. when he would float back down he would go ” ahhhhh”.

haa.. memories. You are talking about 2 different dogs. Dick Dastardly’s (the wheezing laughing bad guy) had a dog named Muttley. The dog that Quick draw had that sniffed bisquits in the air was Snuffles.
Yes his name was Mutley he was Dick Dastardly’s sidekick in Wacky Races aswell.
