Hi everyone. For halloween, my friends and I have all decided to dress up as cartoon characters. Now, we’re all in our late teens, and so there aren’t many cartoon character costumes out there in adult sizes.
I simply would like to know if anyone has an idea on how to go about putting together a Dora the Explorer costume. Anyone know how I can make a wig for it?
