Anyone Know What Old 1980’s Cartoon Vhs Im Talking About?

im trying to recall an old cartoon I was obsessed about as a kid. I don’t remember much about it, other then there was a blue bird who got stuck in a screen and a skit about twinkle twinkle little star. I think it was a toddler nursery rhyme movie… it was kind of in the cartoon style of care bears…. sorta. Anyways can anyone help?

Maybe it was “Migokun’s Friends “. But I am not sure.
